Launching the internal training series – train the trainer | november 14

On November 14, Minh Viet Jsc. Co.’s management team participated in the “Train The Trainer” training session, directly conducted by Mr. Chairman. This marked the first program in our internal training series, which the Company is gradually rolling out.

Beyond the management level, our Company aims to expand these training programs to all employees in the future, with the goal of continuously improving professional competence, working skills, and sustainable development mindset across the organization.

During the session, Mr. Chairman shared many valuable insights on management practices, leadership skills, effective communication, as well as important principles that every manager should be aware of and equipped with. With more than three hours of training, the program delivered many practical lessons and fresh perspectives to the participants.

After the training, Ms. Bui Thi Thanh Phuong prepared a summary video highlighting the key takeaways she gained from the session. The video not only condenses the main learning points but also reflects an impressive, clear, and inspiring way of sharing with all Minh Viet members.
