Announcement: Career plan 2026 implementation

Dear All Employees,

To establish a clear career development path for each individual and prepare resources for the company’s Talent Development programs (Career Plan – Rotation – Succession Plan), the HR Department is implementing the Career Plan Form 2026 for all employees.

Purpose of the Career Plan:

• Help employees define their development goals for the next 1–3 years
• Identify the skills needed for development
• Indicate interest in Internal/External Rotation (if any)
• Serve as a basis for HR and Department Heads to build training plans, career development roadmaps, and succession planning
