Announcement Re: No WFH Arrangement Effective January 1, 2026

Dear IMV Colleagues,

During the past period, IMV Company has considered and approved a limited number of special cases allowing employees to work from home (WFH) under appropriate circumstances.

To ensure consistency in working arrangements, strengthen cross-functional coordination and align with IMV Company’s overall operational direction, effective January 1, 2026, IMV Company will no longer accept or process any requests for WFH, applicable to all employees.

IMV Company appreciates the understanding of employees and the cooperation of Department Heads in implementing this policy.
