📣 announcement on the establishment of a new department asset and business development department

Dear IMV Colleagues,

In line with IMV’s long-term development strategy and our continuous efforts to enhance asset management and operational efficiency, the Management Board is pleased to announce that, effective January 1st, 2026, IMV officially establishes the Asset and Business Development Department.

The new department:

1. Asset development department will be responsible for all activities related to leasing, asset management, and building operations and maintenance, with the objective of optimizing asset performance, enhancing service quality, and fostering a more professional and sustainable working environment.
2. Business development department will be responsible for the strategic driver of long-term growth and value creation for IMV, and New Business Model Exploration As well.

Organization structure:

• Head of Asset and Business Development Department: Ms. Pearl Chan
• The Asset and Business Development Department will report directly to the Board of Directors (CEO)

This establishment marks an important milestone in IMV’s organizational development, moving toward a more centralized, flexible, and effective management model. The Management Board is confident that the Asset and Business Development Department will play a key role in creating sustainable added value for IMV in the next phase of growth.
