As the year comes to a close, the rhythm at the IMV Building begins to slow, making room for the warm and familiar atmosphere of the Lunar New Year. The festive decorations have been carefully completed, bringing a fresh, tidy, and welcoming look to our shared spaces—gently marking the transition before we step into the holiday break.

Alongside the completion of the New Year decorations, the Asset Business Department (ABD) has been working closely with other departments to prepare for the upcoming long holiday. Our shared goal is to ensure that the building remains safe, well-organized, and ready to restart smoothly when we return in the new year.

To help make the holiday more relaxed and the return to work more seamless, ABD would like to share a few gentle reminders for departments to keep in mind during the final working days of the year.

Departments are kindly encouraged to review their work areas, storage spaces, documents, and inventory, ensuring everything is properly arranged and easy to manage upon return.

Before the holiday break, please remember to switch off unnecessary electrical equipment, keep corridors and emergency exits clear, and strictly follow all safety and fire prevention regulations. These small but essential actions help ensure a safe and worry-free holiday for everyone.
