Cosmetic Product Manufacturing Process at IMV Factory

In the cosmetics manufacturing industry, establishing and strictly following standard production processes plays an important role in ensuring product quality and safety.

Cosmetic products such as shampoo and body wash are manufactured at the IMV factory through a closed-loop production system, starting from raw material intake to the completion of finished products. The production system is supported by machinery and equipment imported from Indonesia, South Korea, and Taiwan, helping ensure stable and efficient manufacturing operations.

The production process at the factory is organized into two main areas:

1. White Area

This is the area where the main production processes are carried out and where strict requirements for hygiene and a clean manufacturing environment are applied. Key operations such as raw material weighing, mixing, and semi-finished product filling are conducted in this area to ensure that the products are manufactured under tightly controlled conditions.

2. Grey Area
Sau khi hoàn thành các công đoạn sản xuất chính, sản phẩm sẽ được chuyển sang khu vực xám để thực hiện các bước tiếp theo như dán nhãn, chuẩn bị bao bì, đóng gói và lưu trữ thành phẩm trước khi phân phối ra thị trường.
