Chairman Conducts Inspection at IMV Cu Chi Factory and Issues Mandatory Directives

On March 25, 2026, the Company’s Chairman, together with the CEO, conducted a high-level inspection of the IMV Cu Chi Factory. A closed-door session was held with factory directors and department heads, during which the Chairman issued firm directives and set uncompromising expectations for immediate execution.
Following a full inspection of all departments, production areas, and warehouse facilities, Chairman made it clear that current site conditions must be significantly improved. Strict enforcement of the Company’s 6S management system is no longer optional—it is mandatory. All areas must achieve and maintain a clean, disciplined, and fully compliant operating environment without exception. Any deviation from standards will not be tolerated.
With the upcoming visit of Japanese clients in April, Chairman stressed that the factory must present itself at the highest professional standard. This is not a routine visit—it is a critical test of the Company’s operational credibility. Every detail of the reception, from facility condition to team readiness, must reflect excellence and precision.
Chairman then issued two critical strategic mandates for immediate action:
First, the manufacturing division must be expanded and transformed into an independent company capable of operating at international standards. The business must actively develop OEM and ODM capabilities, while accelerating research, development, and market expansion in toiletries products, with a clear focus on the baby and mother segment.
Second, the logistics function must be structured and prepared to evolve into a fully independent logistics company. This transformation must be executed with clear planning, strong capability building, and a defined path toward becoming a competitive, revenue-generating business unit.
Reinforcing a results-driven culture, Chairman called on all management and staff to step out of their comfort zones and take bold action in exploring new business opportunities. He emphasized that while failure is part of progress, inaction is unacceptable. The organization must move faster, execute harder, and deliver measurable results.
This visit sends a clear message: discipline, speed, transformation, and accountability are now non-negotiable standards for the IMV Cu Chi Factory moving forward.
As directed by the Chairman, starting from April 1, 2026, monthly audits and inspections will be conducted at the Cu Chi Factory and warehouse on a rotational basis by Mr. Hadi and Ms. Pearl.
All relevant departments are expected to provide full support and close cooperation to ensure the effective execution of these activities.
