Grand Opening of the IMV Multi-Purpose Function Room

Dear IMV Team,

Today is a happy and memorable day for all of us. As Chairman of IMV, I am delighted to announce the official opening of our newly renovated IMV Multi-Purpose Function Room.

Previously, this area was used only as our staff lunch canteen. After careful planning and renovation, we have transformed it into a modern, high-quality facility that serves six different functions while using the same space more efficiently.

Operating Schedule

* 11:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.: Staff lunch

* 8:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.: Available for other company activities

The Function Room Now Supports:

1. Meetings – More meeting tables and improved facilities for departmental meetings and customer discussions.
2. Better Employee Welfare – A more comfortable, modern, and pleasant dining environment that reflects the company’s commitment to employee well-being.
3. Training & Seminars – A dedicated venue for employee training, workshops, and seminars.
4. Customer & Principal Entertainment – A welcoming place to host customers and principals, including karaoke after office hours to strengthen relationships.
5. Standing Meetings & Hybrid Meetings – Suitable for standing meetings and equipped to allow more participants to join remotely through computers and mobile devices.
6. Company Branding – A professional environment that showcases IMV’s culture, values, and commitment to excellence.

A Symbol of Continuous Improvement

This renovation is much more than upgrading a room-it represents the way we think and work at IMV.

We transformed one function into six functions, increasing the value and capability of the same space by six times. This is exactly the mindset we want every IMV employee to embrace.

In our daily work, we should always ask ourselves:

* How can we triple our effectiveness?

* How can we achieve 5× or even 10× better results by working smarter, improving our systems, and using innovation?

Finally, we intentionally designed this Function Room to resemble a luxury coffee shop because we want our working environment to inspire quality, professionalism, creativity, and pride. A great workplace encourages great people to perform at their best.
