From the ground up to stable operations – celebrating teamwork at IMV’s e-commerce fulfillment center

Despite initial limitations in manpower, equipment and operational experience, IMV’s teams successfully took over and established the E-commerce Fulfillment Center within a short period. Building the operation from the ground up marks a proud achievement in collaboration, adaptability and the willingness to take on new responsibilities.

In his recognition of the teams, BoD highlighted the strong cooperation among Logistics, Ecom, Warehouse, Manufacturing and AI/IT. Their combined efforts helped maintain stable fulfillment operations, support major campaign days and significantly reduce operating costs.

Behind this achievement were practical efforts made every day: learning to take on new responsibilities, responding flexibly to operational needs, improving picking and packing processes, and supporting weekend operations. Each contribution helped the E-commerce Fulfillment Center progress from its initial setup to stable operations that meet the needs of the business.

This achievement provides an important foundation for the continued growth and profitability of E-commerce. It also demonstrates the strength of cross-functional cooperation: when teams work towards a shared goal, their individual contributions come together to deliver greater results.
