IMV chính thức ban hành Quy trình điều chỉnh thông tin nhân sự & thu nhập, áp dụng cho các trường hợp thăng chức, hạ chức, điều chuyển nội bộ, điều chỉnh chức danh/cấp bậc và thu nhập.
IMV officially issues the Personnel Information & Compensation Adjustment Procedure, applicable to promotion, demotion, internal transfer, and job title/grade/compensation adjustment cases.

Lưu ý: Quy trình này chỉ áp dụng cho điều chỉnh cấp bậc và lương không theo chu kỳ, phát sinh theo nhu cầu thực tế của Công ty. Các đợt điều chỉnh lương định kỳ theo chu kỳ đánh giá chung không thuộc phạm vi này.
Note: This Procedure applies only to non-periodic grade and salary adjustments arising from the Company’s actual needs. Periodic (cycle-based) salary review adjustments are not within its scope.

Quy trình này thay thế hoàn toàn “Quy trình điều chỉnh thuyên chuyển nhân viên” (IMV-HR-MR-07, ban hành 01/08/2025) — nay không còn hiệu lực.
This Procedure fully replaces the “Employee Transfer Adjustment Procedure” (IMV-HR-MR-07, issued 01/08/2025), which is no longer in effect.
