Announcement of acting CEO appointment

Dear IMV Colleagues,

HR Department is pleased to announce that, effective October 22, 2025, Mr. Candra Hadi has been officially appointed as Acting CEO of International Minh Viet JSC (IMV). According to this position, Mr. Hadi will be taking care of Back office (HR, Finance and Accounting, AI, Creative Lab), Factory and Cambodia operation.

This is the arrangement from BOD until the next official announcement.
