August 2025 6S Competition Breaks Records, Celebrates Connection

HCMC, VIETNAM – September 2025 – IMV’s internal 6S competition for August 2025 concluded last week, setting a new benchmark for participation and departmental engagement. The month-long initiative transcended its core goal of workplace organization, evolving into a powerful company-wide event that highlighted teamwork and spirited competition.

Unlike previous editions, this month’s contest was marked by an intensely competitive voting process. Representatives from each team campaigned vigorously for every single vote, creating an unprecedented level of excitement and culminating in a historic climax for the program.

“This August, the 6S competition truly became a journey of connection,” the organizing committee stated in its announcement. “It wasn’t only about tidy workspaces and responsible actions, but also about the collective energy and support from every member of the IMV family.”

After a month of dedicated effort and a close race, the results have been officially declared.

The prestigious title of “Floor of the Month” was awarded to the 9th Floor, recognizing their outstanding collective commitment to the 6S principles.

The top individual honor of “Best 6S Employee of the Month” was claimed by Mr. Nguyễn Trung Thông from the C Lab department. His exemplary dedication to maintaining standards and fostering a culture of continuous improvement served as an inspiration to his colleagues.

Formal award presentations for both winners are scheduled to take place at the company’s Standing Meeting in September, where they will be celebrated for their achievements.

Looking ahead, the announcement also unveiled a new challenge for teams. Starting in September, a 3-month cycle for the “Floor of the Month” competition will begin. This extended format is designed to encourage sustained excellence, giving all departments a greater opportunity to demonstrate consistent performance and compete for significant rewards.
