Celebrating teamwork – warehouse handover & e-commerce order fulfillment

CELEBRATING TEAMWORK – WAREHOUSE HANDOVER & E-COMMERCE ORDER FULFILLMENT

🎉 Congratulations to the entire IMV Team!

On August 5, 2026, IMV held a recognition ceremony to honor exceptional individuals who have contributed to two significant milestones in our company’s growth.

We are proud to present the Teamwork & Collaboration Award, recognizing cross-functional synergy in transitioning warehouse operations from contractor Coyote to direct IMV management, as well as the successful establishment of our dedicated E-Commerce Fulfillment Center. These achievements stand as a clear testament to our spirit of “Working Together, Succeeding Together” across all departments at IMV.

The Journey Behind These Two Milestones

• Warehouse In-housing & Transition from Coyote to IMV

Transitioning to direct warehouse operations required thorough preparation and seamless cross-departmental coordination—spanning the Factory, Supply Chain, Finance &

Accounting, and IT & AI teams—to ensure a smooth handover with zero operational disruption.

• Successful Setup of the Dedicated E-Commerce Warehouse

Concurrently, the team built a specialized e-commerce fulfillment setup from the ground up to support rapid digital sales growth and ensure continuous, reliable e-commerce logistics right from day one.

• The Power of Cross-Functional Collaboration

Both projects were driven by joint efforts across operations, finance, supply chain, and technology—reaffirming IMV’s core values of Teamwork & Collaboration.
