IMV spreads the spirit of talent development & monthly outstanding employee recognition at standing meeting 30.01.2026

The regular Standing Meeting held on January 30, 2026 took place in a cheerful year-end atmosphere, with the participation of BOD and all IMV employees.

The key focus of the program centered on two main highlights: sharing sessions from Trainees and Interns – IMV’s future talents, and the recognition of individuals with outstanding performance during the month.

During the sharing session, Trainees and Interns provided authentic insights into their learning and growth journey at IMV. Through hands-on experience across departments, they not only gained professional knowledge but also developed a working mindset, sense of responsibility, and collaboration skills in a real business environment. These sharings clearly showed that IMV is not only a workplace, but also a place where young talents can grow and create long-term value.
