Notice on New Homepage Policies for IMV Construction

To All Employees in IMV,

In order to enhance the participation of all staff in the development of the company’s Homepage and to promote its functionality more effectively, the Board of Directors has decided to recognize and reward outstanding contributions (Departmental and personal) in the following ways:

1.     Bimonthly Outstanding Contribution Award:

Every two months, one department or individual who has made the greatest contribution to the Homepage’s development will be selected and highly commended, along with a special reward.

2.     Byline Rights & Special Rewards for News Articles (Effective August 2025):

• Employees who submit original news articles will be granted byline rights (author attribution) upon publication.
• Eligible content: Articles should focus on IMV’s development, team collaboration, or constructive suggestions that positively encourage company growth.

and recent advancements and updates in AI and high-technology developments.

• Exclusions: Sales promotions, birthdays, weddings, or obituaries will not qualify for this reward.
• Selected articles will receive additional recognition and rewards.

We encourage everyone to actively participate in enriching our Homepage and sharing valuable insights to foster a stronger, and more knowledge, more collaborative IMV community.
