Successful go-live of SAP business one system at IMV

Ho Chi Minh City, December 1, 2025 — Minh Viet International Joint Stock Company (IMV Jsc.) has officially and successfully go-live with the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system SAP Business One (SAP B1). The official launch of this system marks a significant milestone and promises to enhance IMV’s management capabilities from 2025 onward.

The SAP B1 ERP system at IMV has been fully implemented and officially put into real operation (Go-live), covering: Master Data, Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, Production, Finance & Accounting, Inventory Costing, Management Accounting and Business Analytics Reporting. Starting today, all relevant departments and the project management team will exclusively adopt this new system to replace the old NC ERP system.

According to Mr. Lê Minh Huy, Head of the IMV SAP B1 ERP Project:

“We are standing before a very important and emotional moment. Our company’s management system will be enhanced, contributing to strengthening the company’s competitiveness. To achieve this goal, we will inevitably face challenges as the new system goes live. Despite thorough preparation and various contingency plans, it is impossible to avoid difficulties, especially the major change in working habits when transitioning from the old NC system to SAP B1. To overcome this, our entire team has remained united and determined to push through the initial obstacles and move toward greater objectives.”

This achievement is the result of 7 months of dedicated effort by the IMV SAP ERP project team and our implementation partner Beetech Solution (BTS). The on-time go-live reflects the team’s great effort given the project’s complexity and the newness of the system. However, go-live is not the final destination. More importantly, every individual — the daily system users — must treat SAP B1 as an effective tool, using and fine-tuning it to ensure accurate, efficient operations and to minimize repetitive tasks. That is the true definition of success, and the direction that IMV’s SAP B1 ERP project members and our partner have been striving toward.

Aligned with IMV’s long-term strategy and vision, from 2025 onward and over the next five years, the company will focus on developing its information systems, modernizing management practices, pioneering the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI), and accelerating the digitalization of operational processes. As of now, the project has achieved its initial success, contributing to IMV meeting its 2025 targets. We understand that once the SAP B1 ERP project is fully successful, IMV will advance to a new level.
