The end of an era – A thank you and Goodbye to Mr.Stefanov Arfan

Some meetings are destined, and some farewells leave a lasting resonance in our hearts.

After over a decade of dedication, Mr. Stefanov Arfan, our Chief Executive Officer (CEO), officially concludes his illustrious journey with the company to begin a new chapter in his career.

Looking back on the journey we’ve taken, under Mr. Anov’s leadership, the company has undergone remarkable transformations — from navigating challenging periods to achieving proud milestones. Mr. Anov was not only a strategic visionary, but also a catalyst for innovation, a builder of corporate culture, and a source of positive inspiration for every individual within the organization.

At the Standing Meeting on June 30th, the Chairman expressed sincere thanks and farewell to Mr. Anov: Every journey eventually comes to an end, but we hope that Mr. Anov will always consider himself as having been – and always being – a part of the IMV family.

Before his departure, he also shared with us a message—brief, yet profoundly thought-provoking:

One last word as your CEO: See things in a different dimension. Not everything is as you thought. Look for the truth, never the fantasy.”

These are heartfelt and realistic words—a reflection of his experience, deep thinking, and the soul of a true leader. We hope that his message will continue to serve as a guiding light and a source of inspiration for each of us as we move forward with greater confidence and resilience on our own journeys.

And finally, the entire IMV team wishes Mr. Anov continued strength, good health, and success as he conquers new heights on his next journey. Though he may no longer walk with us each day, the spirit and values he has instilled will continue to accompany us as we move forward into a new chapter.
